The motel is located on the distance of 2-3 kilometres from Nakhchivan city, at Shakarabad settlement nearby Nakhchivan river in the territory with excellent nature. 2 rooms out of 9 rooms of the motel are luxury, rest 7 rooms are ordinary ones. Rooms are foreseen for tro persons. Along with comfortable conditions created in rooms, quests may have a rest close to nature. The Motel has one banquet room with the capacity for 120 persons, the other one has the capacity for 180 persons. There are small zoo, cottages for rest and food on the bank of the river. There is also summer room for 200 persons operating therein.
